Weekly rent for Corks 2012

LOW SEASON: £395 January, February, March November & December (excluding Christmas & New Year )

MID SEASON: £450 April/September & October

HIGH SEASON: £550 May, June, July, August Christmas & New Year

10% Discount on bookings of 2 weeks or more

Terms & Conditions

Payment: A deposit of £100 on each week booked must be paid at the time of booking . The balance of rent is payable 6 weeks before the booked holiday dates. Credit cards cannot be accepted – payments should be made by Bank transfer or cheque.

Dogs: Small to medium dogs are welcome by arrangement at an additional fee of £10 (maximum of two). Owners are requested to abide by the house rules posted in the cottage.

Cleaning and damages: It is expected that at the end of your stay the cottage is found in a clean and tidy condition. Any damages must be reported so that replacements may be made.
